New England Clam Chowder: Soup

Servings: 4

Prep time:1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Chopped Onions

  • 1 cup Chopped Celery

  • 4 cubed large Potatoes

  • 2 can Small Clam Juice

  • 1 3/4 cup Fat Free Half/Half

  • 1/4 cup Flour

  • Butter Salt

  • Can of Butter Flavor Pam

Step 1:

Onions and Celery coat with Pam and Seat in pot with a little of juice(3-5 minutes to translucent)

Step 2:

Add Clam juice and potatoes bring to boil. Spray Pam in bowl (A lot) and add flour and make a Rue. When Potatoes soft add Half & Half to Pot and bring to almost boil. Add some soup to Rue and then add Rue back to pot.

Step 3:

Can add Butter Salt to test.
