If notification of cancellation is less than 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your arrival day, the deposit less the $50 processing fee is refundable only if we are able to re-book the room the entire length of your reserved stay. We will make every effort to do so. Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and refunds will only be made for the cancelled days that we are able to rebook.
