We offer a relaxed-casual/elegant atmosphere at our 1901 home, known locally as the Smith House. The property is located in the Appalachian Mountains and has vista views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We are located 18 miles/minutes north of Asheville and centrally located in Mars Hill. Come in, relax and be indulged!

    Deposit is refundable if cancellation for a single room reservation is made 14 days prior to scheduled check-in date. Multi-room reservations require a 21 day cancellation notice. Cancellation penalties will be waived if a new reservation or date change is confirmed at the time of cancellation.
