Deposit amount required (A 50% deposit is required to book a room. The deposit goes toward the total bill that is due on arrival. If booking within 14 days of arrival the total is due at the time of the booking.)

Cancellations:
Cancellations: because of our small size, availability is limited. A $35 fee applies if you hold a room, then change or cancel that reservation. If you need to cancel in the 14 days prior to check-in and we are unable to re-rent the room, a one night charge will apply.
