• Check in time is 3:00 -6:00 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellations:
  All cancellations subject to credit card processing fees. Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date subject to payment of balance due on total stay which will be charged to your credit card. At owner's discretion, a partial refund may be issued if same dates are re-sold or monies may be applied to a future stay (medical emergency documentation required).

Tyler has Information Technology degree & Lauren's a grad Art Institute Ft. Lauderdale--both love movies & picnics.
