    If you cancel at least seven (7) days prior to the check in date, you will be refunded any deposit charged LESS a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within one (1) week prior to stay will not be eligible for a refund In addition, you will be responsible for paying any additional balance owed. No amount will be charged (except for cancellation fee ) if we are able to resell the room after cancellation.
