General Information

The Spring House Commons was acquired in August 2006. The Spring House was an existing Bed & Breakfast of only 3 single rooms and 3 rentable apartments for long term leasing. The new owners wanted to change things around a bit, so with being a family with two children it was thought that the apartments should be turned into apartment style bed and breakfast rentals for those looking for a more comfortable environment and larger families/friends occupancies. The styles of the rooms are a shabby chic/country style setting. You may never want to leave!

• There are 6 guest accommodations (4 with private baths)
• Single occupancy rate is between $ 120.00 and $ 170.00
• Double occupancy rate is between $ 120.00 and $ 250.00
• The rate for each additional person is between $ 20.00 and $ 25.00
• Other Accommodations: 4 rooms with private bathroom
  We include 2 single room that share 1 1/2 bathrooms. Our 4 style apartment room have their own bathrooms and 2 have their own private bedroom!

• Limitations on childcare (Certified babysitters available upon request.)
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted
• Deposit amount required (Payment: 50% deposit of booking total.)

• Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is noon
• Cancellations:
  If cancellation is made prior to 2 weeks of your scheduled arrival date a refund of your deposit less a 10% processing fee will be issued. Cancellations made in less then 2 weeks of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of total deposit, unless the room(s) can be re-rented at which time a refund of your deposit less a 10% processing fee will be issued Cancellations made within one week of schedule arrival date will result in payment in full for reserved room(s), unless the room(s) can be re-rented at which time a refund of total price less a 10% processing fee will be issued Cancellation of parties of three rooms or more require a 30 day notice to receive a refund of your deposit less a 10% processing fee. Less than 30 days of schedule arrival date will result in payment in full for entire party. If we are able to re-rent the rooms a refund will be issued at a per room basis less a 10% processing fee 10% processing fee = 10% of room rate All refunds are issued in the form in which they were received. No refunds for early departures or no shows.
