Spinach Salad: Salad

Prep time:20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb fresh spinach, cut into bite size pieces

  • 1 onion, medium sized (chopped)

  • 4 hard boiled eggs, diced

  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 2 cups croutons

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup catsup

  • 1/4 cup vinegar

  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Step 1:

Toss spinach, onion, eggs, muchrooms, and bacon in a large bowl.

Step 2:

To prepare dressing: mix vegetable oil, sugar, catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce until smooth.

Step 3:

Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss to coat. Top with croutons and serve.
