Spinach Salad

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 2 lb fresh spinach, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 onion, medium sized (chopped)
- 4 hard boiled eggs, diced
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups croutons
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Steps:
- Toss spinach, onion, eggs, muchrooms, and bacon in a large bowl.
- To prepare dressing: mix vegetable oil, sugar, catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss to coat. Top with croutons and serve.
