  • Cancellations:
    A 50% deposit is required in advance on a Visa or Mastercard with the balance paid upon departure. We do not accept checks. This deposit is refundable, minus a $25 processing fee up to 10 days prior to cancellation. Due to the small size of our inn, we are greatly affected by untimely cancellations. A 10-day notice is requested to cancel your reservation. If you cancel within 10 days, you will be charged in full for your reservation if we are unable to re-book your room. Reducing the number of days of a stay, or departure before the scheduled departure date will constitute cancellation and monies will not be refunded.
