Absolutely the best breakfast I have ever eaten. The owners went out of their way to make sure my stay was pleasant. I will definitely stay here again when I travel. I have recommended this inn to some of my clients and friends.

Daddy D's Room - a large room located on the first floor. Named for the builder of the house, this room was Mr. Dibrell's personal office. The walls of this classic room are covered with exquisite period wallpaper in warm, soft tones with the bed and wall coverings having complementary fabrics. The room features a large non-working fireplace, walnut wainscoting, antique Eastlake furnishings and Olympic queen pillow top mattress. Daddy D's room also has a large, private bath with original gilt floral tile including a tiled mirror, marble sink, claw foot tub/shower combination and original nickel hardware.Ruth's Room - an over-sized room located on the second floor. Named for Jake's mother, it features her favorite colors which are mauve and green. Period wall coverings and matching bed and window treatments give a feeling of coziness. Furnishings include antique carved walnut queen size bed, dressers and tables, non-working soapstone fireplace (which had been covered in 12 layers of paint), large windows and Victorian lighting. Ruth's large and inviting bath has coordinating paper and shower/curtain treatments, large tub/shower and porcelain sink.
June's Room - an airy, bright room located on the second floor. Named for Connie's mother, it also features her favorite colors of blue and yellow. The walls are papered in a historic pattern from the 1800's. There are matching bed and window treatments that coordinate with the wall paper. Matching antique tiger oak furnishings are throughout, which match the original oak (found under 10 layers of paint) non-working coal burning fire place. A queen size bed with pillow top mattress will give you a comfortable night's sleep. June's large Victorian bath has a claw foot tub/shower, marble top sink and original gilt tiles.
