General Information

Don't just live like a New Yorker -- live like a Villager! These sweet but spacious studio apartments in a small brownstone guesthouse building are in the heart of Greenwich Village. You'll have your own kitchen and private bath -- your own private apartment. But you'll also get continental breakfast at a nearby café, daily cleaning and wifi. And our price includes all taxes as well.

In both rooms you'll find a small full kitchen and a completely private bath with full tub; There are wood floors (original wideplank floors in the parlor apartment) and small Persian rugs in both apartments. You'll also find a corner to read and write, a small TV and an air conditioner in hot weather. An antique iron bed supports an incredibly comfortable all-natural latex mattress (like memory foam but not full of chemicals so you can sleep healthy!).

We allow a maximum of two people per apartment. Sorry, no pets.

• Cancellations:
  Because we are a small guesthouse with only two rooms, we cannot hold a reservation without payment in full. The rental fee is not refundable; please do not book until you are sure you are coming. If something came up and you had to cancel, we would only be able to offer you a refund (less a $100 cancellation fee) if we were able to rebook the rooms. Check-in is at 5 pm. If you can’t make the 5 pm check-in time, you could pick up the keys at a nearby café (about 5 minute walk) anytime between 2 pm and midnight. The café closes at midnight, so that is the latest time you could get the key. Check-out is at 10 am. We cannot prepare for the next guest if you don’t check out on time.
