Sauteed Bananas

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 3 Sliced Bananas Bananas
Steps:
- Melt butter. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to skillet. Add brown suger and raisins. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, add lemon juice.
- Slice bananas and stir into mixture.
- Serve immediately.
- Do not cook bananas
