General Information

A 1500 sq foot private cottage on over 240 acres to explore, hike, bike, fish, relax, and have fun. This is a private cottage, so you and your guests will have the whole place to yourselves! The innkeeper is in a separate house on site, close enough if you need anything, but far enough to allow you total privacy.

“The Farm” provides peaceful, private, and romantic accommodations for weddings, family reunions, or special get aways. There are three structures available on the Farm:

- COUNTRY COTTAGE. Stay a few days in country cottage luxury and just RELAX, watch the moon rise from 1500 sq ft of wraparound porches that surrounds this very private cottage.

- MEDITATION/WEDDING PALAPA. A thatched roof gazebo, the Palapa is a perfect spot for an intimate wedding ceremony, a peaceful yoga session for 4 people, or just sitting and enjoying the country breezes.

- EVENT PAVILION. Or host your next event in spacious country style on the pavilion: from the large commercial kitchen and quaint cafe to the neon lighted dance floor, you’ll have the perfect place. (Send email to Innkeeper for Pavilion rates)

Less than an hour away from Austin, the Live Music Capital, the Farm provides a peaceful retreat with easy access to a variety of activities, from hiking and fishing to shopping and antiquing in nearby Smithville and Bastrop. HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE.
