    Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made 14 days prior to scheduled stay,if cancellations are made less than 14 days prior to scheduled stay, the deposit will be refunded only if the room is re-rented. There is a $25.00 service fee for all cancellations, regardless of circumstances. No refunds for early departure - you are financially responsible for the entire reservation.

Proceed two blocks and turn left onto Brooks Street(Suter's Handcrafted Furnitue on corner)- and go one block - Bentley Manor Inn will be on your left on College Terrace. Please park in front of Inn (College Terrace).
