**Old Salado Springs Retreat is a block and a half away from Main Street shopping and restaurants, yet our hidden location spills out onto private manicured grounds with lush carpet grass under the most graceful and towering oaks in Texas.
With our private cold water springs you can finally relax under the peaceful, soaring oak canopies in crystal clear water.
**With squirrels, baby fawns and deer roaming our lush and verdant grounds you won’t know you are so close to our charming cozy Village.
****Stay in one of our turn of the century suites or cottage beautifully appointed
with American, French or English antiques.
*Monet Suite, with its own kitchen, is a huge two-bedroom suite which sleeps up to six guest. Done up in “shabby French chic” with
Monet colors and prints.
Romantic *Zanzibar Suite is decorated straight “Out of Africa” - mosquito nets and all!
The colorful *Key West Suite "Jimmy Buffet Beach Retreat"sleeps five guest between the bedroom and the day beds in the huge L-shaped living and dining area.- Bring your Jimmy Buffett CDs and enjoy!
*Lindsey Cottage "Presidential" with cozy King canopied bed. A very private cottage with separate living and dining area.

  We can sleep up to 25 guests including all of our various Suites nestled on verdant green grounds, which make for unforgettable gatherings.
  All our Suites include a private entrance and bath;
  The Reue House Suites: each of these suites sleeps 2, some of which have fireplaces.
  McDougal: king bed, Baird queen bed, Campbell queen bed, Taylor queen bed and small private court yard.
  The Lindsey Cottage: is a charming little house that accommodates up to 3 guests. Former President Bush and Barbara Bush stayed here on May 9th 2008.
  The Critchfield House: has 3 individual Suites each with its own private patio and has their own eating area and kitchenette.
  Zanzibar: king bed, twin bed, sleeps up to 3
  Key West: Living room area. Twin beds, one bedroom room one semi private bedroom sleeps up to 5
  Monet: Stairs lead up to this charming Suite with its own living room, full kitchen, private indoor and out door porches, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and can accommodate up to 6 guest
