Welcome to one of Savannah's original Inns. We have the friendliest staff, warmest cookies, sweetest tea, and best Southern style breakfasts in town. Not to mention 150 years of history rolled into our unique rooms, suites, and cottages.

Built prior to the Civil War, the historic Gordon Row houses 14 tastefully furnished non-smoking guestrooms, suites, and cottages. All of our guests are treated to either afternoon tea or weekend wine and cheese hour, bedtime milk and cookies, as well as a hot homemade breakfast every morning served in our stunning parlor area or outdoor garden balcony. Every room has a private bath and cable television. Wireless internet access available in most rooms and the main parlor area. Convenient walking distance to all attractions within the Historic District. Savannah's friendliest staff look forward to welcoming you.

  Our 4 Carriage Houses have been converted into quaint cottages and are now our most popular rooms. The Red, Blue, and Garden Cottages contain modest living spaces and kitchenttes on the first floor and a bedroom and bath on the second floor. They are much more private than rooms within the main house. The Ivy Cottage has a bedroom and bath on the first floor and a kitchenette, living area, and private patio on the second floor following a curved staircase. It is a popular choice for honeymooners.

  It might sound silly and not too unique, but every evening we bake up made from scratch Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chip cookies. Served directly from the oven, they are warm, gooey, and the perfect bedtime treat, especially next to a glass of milk.

Policies

• Minimum stay required (2 night minimum on selected weekend (Fri and Sat) nights)
• Smoking is allowed outside only
• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Children are welcome (Guests with infants required to stay in a carriage house.)
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Wine selection provided at our weekend wine/cheese reception)
• Deposit amount required (A deposit equal to the first night's stay is charged at the time the reservation is made to hold your room.)
• Check in time is 3 pm - 9 pm and Check out time is 11 am
• Cancellations:
  A guest will receive a refund of their deposit less a $25 cancellation fee if they give at least 7 days notice prior to their arrival. If a guest cancels within 7 days and the room cannot be resold, they forfeit their deposit. If the room is resold the guest will receive a refund of their deposit less the $25 cancellation fee.
