• Cancellations:
  Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit or one night’s stay (whichever is greater) is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations require 15 days notice prior to arrival date for a full refund less a $25 service fee. No shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. Holidays, special events, extended stays (3 or more nights) or reserving more than 1 room requires 50% deposit upon booking and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Monies are non-refundable. We are a small establishment and do not overbook our rooms, therefore, the cancellation policy is strictly adhered to.
