  • Cancellations:
    Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice (minus $15.00 cancellation fee per night) will only be made if we are able to rebook the cottage. Westfest, Baylor Parents weekend, Graduation and Homecoming weekends require 14 days notice and a minimum two night stay. If you make a reservation and do not arrive you will be charged the full amount. We are greatly affected by late cancellations so please make every effort to notify us if there is a revision in your plans.
