Our Master Bedroom is located on the first floor. It is furnished with a luxurious, queen sleigh bed, antique roll top desk, wingback chair and ottoman. French doors lead to the outdoor 7-person hot tub. This room offers a spectacular view of Lake Otsego, private bath/jacuzzi tub and shower, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, ethernet and wireless internet access. TV & VCR available by request.

Lakeview Room
The Lakeview Room offers a breathtaking view of Lake Otsego, queen-four poster canopy bed, oak antique furnishings, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, private bath and shower. It has french doors that lead to the outdoor 7-person hot tub. It is located on the first floor. A full breakfast is included.

Woodside Room
This beautiful room has been exquisitely remodeled. It is our best room in the B&B and it features a large open room. It is located on the second floor with new Old Hickory Furniture including a new queen bed. This room comfortably sleeps three with a sleeper love seat. French doors lead to a large private deck which offers a panoramic view of the lake and windows overlooking the forest frequented by flocks of turkeys and deer. Private bath with a glass custom shower; 2 person soaking tub, overlooking the lake, ceiling fan and air-conditioning, wireless and ethernet access.

Garden Room
Our Garden room has french doors leading to a private deck that offers breathtaking views of the lake. It adjoins a large sitting room and library, which also has a panoramic view of the lake. The Garden Room & Woodside Room make a great retreat for 2 couples or families wanting privacy along with a magnificant meeting place. Private bathroom, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, iron, hair dryer and wireless internet access along with a television and VCR by request. This room is located on the second floor. $25 extra person.
