Come celebrate the 26th anniversary of one of "Vermont's Top Ten Winter Events" at our superb gentleman's farm and country inn. We are located only a few miles from the village center. Enjoy elegant accommodations and warm hospitality in our most popular Skylar Rose Suite or the Lila Marin Suite (both with king- size beds)or the Kassidy Violet Room with queen-size bed. These three beautiful guest rooms are located in the main house and Christina's Cottage, a private and elegant cottage, is located only a few steps away from the Inn. In celebration of this anniversary we are pleased to offer you a 15% savings from our regular room rates. A full Vermont country breakfast, served in our most elegant dining room, is included each morning of your stay. The History of Wassail

The term Wassail has its roots in medieval England referring to the Norse, "ves heill" meaning "to drink to your health". Ale, brewed with spiced apples and sugar, was the warm drink given to people who went singing from door to door during the darkest days of the year.

Decorated in warm colors of brown, black and red, the Skylar Rose Suite is sophisticated, spacious and comfortable. Two over-sized leather chairs and unique artwork compliment the sitting area. This suite is a favorite with our guests and is our most requested accommodation. Come try it for yourself and see why our guests often say, "Let's stay in tonight". We completely understand..... Relax on our patio, on the dock beside the pond, in the gazebo, under a pergola or one of our covered porches. Our gentleman's farm and inn is perfect for your weekend get-a-way. And not to worry about having to leave your favorite canine behind - we are pet friendly and children friendly, as well. Dogs, children and adults enjoy the clear water of the pond and often take a dip even before breakfast.
Guests love to gather in the spacious and beautifully decorated family room. It is the perfect place to enjoy Vermont cheese and a glass of wine before departing for dinner. Climb up onto the king size four-poster bed and enjoy the view of antique beams, high ceilings and a wood stove. There is ultimate comfort, luxury and privacy in Christina's Cottage.Our Lila Marin Suite is colorful, warm and inviting. It is quite spacious and has its own separate sitting area. The bathroom is private and spacious. Our guests love this cheerful suite.
The pond gives a wonderful sense of peacefulness and quiet serenity. Many of our guests live hectic lives and come here to relax and get away from traffic, noise and crowds. They return year after year to indulge and unwind. The Inn at Clearwater Pond is a hidden gem.Our recent "spooky" Halloween theme, delighted and amused our guests when they arrived for breakfast.
Guests love coming to breakfast each morning. Our dining room is elegant and our breakfasts delicious. Tina, also an interior designer, loves to decorate the table with seasonal and holiday decor. Breakfast time is always festive and fun at the Inn at Clearwater Pond!The Kassidy Violet Room, with queen size bed, boasts soft colors of blue and green. The antique bed and lovely armoire compliment the pleasing decor. There is also a nice sitting area where guests can enjoy a glass of wine and Vermont cheese before departing for dinner.
The gazebo is a lovely place to enjoy the splendid distant views. Here one will find tranquility, sweet serenity, total contentment......Surround yourself in the warmth and uniqueness of exposed antique beams in our most impressive Christina's Cottage. Located just a few steps away from the main house, you will indulge in ultimate privacy in this bit of country paradise.
The sleeping area of the Lila Marin Suite is separated by a half-wall from the sitting area. Guests enjoy this additional bit of privacy and comfort. The Lila Marin Suite is a definite guest favorite - colorful, bright and spacious!The Kassidy Violet Room, with queen size bed, is beautifully decorated. It has a small and cozy sitting area, a spacious bath with tub/shower combo and double sinks.
