Set amongst green rolling hills and scenic winding roads, the farm and inn offer elegant suites, rooms and guest cottage. A workout room, library/sitting room, swimming pond, stone patios, gazebo, pergolas and inviting wrap-around porches offer many ways to step up the pace or relax in comfort. With advance notice, indulge and enjoy a private massage, lift off from the backyard on an unforgettable hot air balloon ride, explore the barns, swim in cool waters or picnic by the pond, hike our wooded trails or simply enjoy your favorite cocktail on one of our covered porches, under our pergolas or in the gazebo. Only 5 distinctive accommodations are available which allow us to provide much personal attention to our guests. The farm and inn are also perfect for every kind of gathering, family events, celebrations and reunions. Service, hospitality, genuine warmth and a bit of adventure await you at this exceptional Vermont getaway. We are pleased to now offer a helicopter landing site for our jet-setter guests!

With less than 14 days notice, deposit will be applied to a future stay or refunded only if we are able to rebook your room. A 30 day's notice is required during all holidays, fall foliage (September 1 through October 31), special occasions, multi-room reservations. Dartmouth College Graduation is a 6 month cancellation notice.
