    Our Version of the Monte Cristo Sandwich
    Slices of 2 different meats and two types of cheese, dipped in an egg and cream mix and placed on the grill. Served with sprinkled powdered sugar and cherry preserves.

    Brie with Brown Sugar & Almonds is placed in oven until the sugar and the cheese are bubbling. It is served at the very moment the almonds are toasted to a delicate deep golden brown.
