Policies
- Minimum stay required (April -Nov: 2 night min. for Thurs-Sun, Dec-Mar: 2 night Min. for Fri-Sat)
- Smoking is not allowed (No smoking anywhere on property)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (Children age 7 & older welcome, additional charges apply)
- No childcare is provided (Children under 18 must be supervised at all times.)
- Deposit amount required (All reservations require a deposit equal to one night's room and tax or 50% (whichever is more). Balance of payment due upon arrival. $25.00 late check in/late check out fee.)
- Check in time is 4-6 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
All cancellations are subject to a 20% handling charge.
Deposit will be refunded, minus handling charge, if cancelled with three weeks advance notice.
Cancellation less than three weeks, refund will depend on re-booking of the room.
No Shows—Full stay charged.
Holiday and special event dates may require a 3 night stay and are non-refundable, unless we are able to re-book the rooms, less a 20% rebooking fee. - Accepted by the following agencies:
