    This romantic Bed & Breakfast/Vacation Rental Home and our Lakefront Cottage are located in the Hill Country and offer amenities such as golf discounts, pool, tennis, boating, sailing and overlooks the 9th Fairway at Canyon Lake Golf Club. It is approx. 20 min. from Gruene/New Braunfels where you can enjoy fine dining, Gruene Hall and many other venues. Our Lakefront Cottage is the perfect getaway for Winter Texans. Our Bed & Breakfast is located on the 9th Fairway of the beautiful Canyon Lake golf course and is only 1.5 miles from Canyon Lake/Comal Park and 6 miles from the Guadalupe River for where you can enjoy tubing, or the Comal River which is only 20 minutes away from Historic New Braunfels, Texas. New Braunfels, boasts fine antique shopping, Gruene for more antiques and dining on the river, and Gruene Hall, (the oldest Dance Hall in Texas), for kicking up your heels, Schlitterbahn water park. Festivities in New Braunfels include Wurstfest and Wassilfest in Nov & Dec, this little German town enjoys their festivals year-round! Stay with us and enjoy the best of both worlds. Only 45 minutes from both San Antonio or Austin Texas.

    I have many interests one of which is traveling. I love to visit our local and surrounding areas and other countries as well, when the opportunity comes! My main hobby at this point in time is GreensKeeper Inn. I enjoy meeting new people and friends and families that visit from different places and with different cultures. I have found all to be wonderful and interesting people and I have been blessed with a wonderful livelyhood!!

    Reservation Policy

    • Check in: 3:00 p.m.    Check out: 11:00 a.m.

    • Deposit amount required: Credit Card held for deposit on reservation system.

    • Cancellations: If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 10 (ten) days prior to your arrival date (45 days notice when reserving the entire Inn) for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee. Credit cards are accepted but cash or check payment is preferred. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days notice (45 days notice when reserving the entire Inn) shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. A 2 night stay is PREFERED on weekends(1 night stay is an additional $20.00 on weekends.) Thanksgiving, Memorial & Labor Day Weekend rates are based on a 3 night stay. (2 nights stay + $20.00 per night; 1 night stay + $25.00. Additional guests exceeding 12 people is $20.00/per person per night.

    we went on the whim just wanted to elope we had no expectations but to have a wedding getaway. as we arrived karen's hospitality was the best she was warm and sweet and made us feel a home. because it was a ceremony for just us 2 she didnt book any other rooms so we had the whole house to ourselves and it was a great surprise and nice that she did that. she was there whenever we needed. anytime we left she'd come in and tidy up the house for us. she was beyond the best innkeeper!..not only did we leave with a great friendship she made us feel like we were family! she made me feel like my wedding day was all about us and made me feel beautiful. at the end of our trip she got us a cute gift. and that wasnt expected. but she's so kind hearted!! not only was she professional she was very welcoming. she has life long customers! we promised her we will be back once a year on our wedding anniversary! thanks karen for making our getaway exceptional and magical!

    What a beautiful place! We all managed very well in the whole entire facility, 18 people - that alot!! You are very kind and very helpful. This reunion will stay till the rest of our lives as well as this place.

    We very much enjoyed our stay at the Greenskeeper Inn. The place was decorated beautifully and everything was very clean. Located not far from the historic town of Gruene, we enjoyed a great meal. The breakfast with the inn was not anythign to write home about, however. Breakfast was disappointing.

    This victorian home is lovely. I sat out in the gazebo and watched the deer come right up to the deck. I'm almost sure I could have fed them by hand. Perfect for the golfer as it is on the course. It is a few miles from the waterpark. (The world's largest in New Braunfels.)Lakes and Rolling Hill and rafting close by.
