General Information

Our Victorian home is located on a Winery, just 15 minutes from Niagara Falls &/or historic old town Niagara-on-the-Lake. The house is full of original stained glass windows & antiques, enjoy your first cup of coffee on the private porch or in our sitting room. During the renovations we tried to maintain the character from the age yet add modern conveniences. Our goal is to provide you a relaxing & casual stay.
Our bedrooms are designed in elegant colours and offer new pillow top mattress and luxurious 400 count sheets. Breakfast includes fresh homemade bread with jams, followed by in season fruit and then a choice of hot meanu.
The house has wireless internet for our guests, as well as access to a computer and printer.
Two of the rooms are ensuties with modern washrooms and walkin showers the third room can be a 2 bedroom ensuite for families.

• Minimum stay required (A 2 night stay is required for Saturday nights in high season however pls call)
• Smoking is allowed outside only (Smoking is allowed on the porch or in the gardens)
• Limited accommodations for guest pets (We have 2 cats who think they rule and love to tease others)
• Limitations on children staying (We can put a cot or a play pen in the room)
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (We can not serve however please enjoy your wine on the porch)
• Deposit amount required (A credit card number is required for reservations)
• Check in time is 4pm -6pm and Check out time is 11:00am
• Cancellations:
  We require 7 days notice of cancellation. We will refund any deposit less a $20 service charge. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days there is no refund unless we can resell the room.
