The historic bed and breakfast inn features 16 overly-spacious rooms and suites in the heart of Savannah, Georgia’s downtown Landmark Historic District. Two adjoining 1855 mansions have been transformed into a stately, restful, and intimate inn that marries 21st century amenities with old world elegance.

Overlooking Oglethorpe Square, Presidents’ Quarters Inn is acclaimed as a place where generals, governors, politicians and business pioneers have shaped Savannah’s and the nation's history. Each one-of-a-kind guest quarters is named to honor a U.S. President who visited Savannah during his presidency.

A shaded courtyard, free on-site parking, balconies and private entrances at street level, wireless access, and complimentary afternoon wine and hors d’oeuvres are just a smattering of the inn’s amenities, assuring that every guest’s Savannah experience is extraordinary. The owner of President’s Quarters is a lifelong, fourth generation Savannahian; the innkeeper has nearly 13 years of experience owning and managing luxury inns in Savannah. Their goal is to share the “real” Savannah with every guest of Presidents’ Quarters Inn.

  All rooms are freshly renovated with new, private baths decorated in retro black and white flooring and granite counter-top. Elevator access is from Courtyard level through 4th floor. Overly spacious balcony suites and 2-level hospitality suites with private loft bedroom and wet bar are favorites for wedding parties, corporate small meetings and special events. Ask about Innkeeper Specials valid Sunday through Thursday, and Last Minutes Rates.

• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Hospitality hour wine and bedtime cordial served)
• Deposit amount required (One-night room and tax are charged to confirm the booking. For packages, one-half the total package is charged at booking.)
• Check in time is 3:00 P.M. and Check out time is 11:00 A.M.
• Cancellations:
  If you cancel with the period of 7 days of arrival, deposit is forfeited. If you cancel more than 7 days of arrival, then a $25 cancellation is charged, and the balance of your deposit will be credited back to the credit card on which the charge was original processed.
