- Smoking is not allowed (There is no smoking anywhere on the property, inside or out.)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (Children 9 and older and All ages if you rent every room.)
- No childcare is provided
- Deposit amount required (Full amount at reservation.)
- Check in time is after 2:30 and Check out time is by 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
Cancellations: Cancelling a reservation at any time results in a $20 cancellation fee for each room affected. We charge your credit card when you make a reservation. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, we’ll refund you the cost of any day we are able to rebook, minus the $20. There is no guarantee that we can rebook all the nights of your reservation. Because the internet is not consistently reliable, please do not consider your cancellation complete until you have received a cancellation confirmation email back from us. In other words, when you have an email from us confirming it’s cancelled, then you can be certain it’s cancelled. Turn left and follow main road to Eastsound (approx 10 miles), turn left on Prune Alley, come north through 2 stop signs.
