    ~ripples~ Inn at the Harbor is a small business and last minute cancellations greatly effect us. Reservations canceled greater than fourteen days prior to arrival will be subject to a 10% administrative fee. If you cancel within fourteen days of your arrival, you will be responsible for the full amount due.

    From Boston, Mass., (189 miles): Take I-95 into the State of Maine. Follow I-95 north to I-295 (Exit 44), South Portland. Take I-295 North to Exit 28, which is U.S. Route 1 North (Coastal Route) at Brunswick. Follow U.S. Route 1 through Thomaston. Rockland is four miles farther on Coastal Route One which becomes Park Street. Turn right at Union Street (corner of Dairy Queen & Rite Aid Pharmacy. Turn left at Pleasant Street. Arrive at 16 Pleasant Street, ~ripples~ Inn.
