Room 6 King
Room 6 sits at the back of the house, in a quiet corner. You walk around the wrap around porch, and here you have your own sunny private patio. This is a King Bed, with a private ensuite bathtub/shower. Color TV, Amoire for your hanging clothes. Sleeps 2 adults only

Room 16 Queen Suite
Room 16 is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It has a separate sitting room, a Shower bathroom and a Queen Bed. We are using the Portsmouth Chest in the sitting Room as a focal point for a nautical themed room. This room is now open and slowly being furnished appropriately in it's new theme. In the sitting room, the Love seat folds out to a new Twin Sleeper making the room ideal for those traveling with a third person. Join us as we transition this room into it's new life !

• The rate for this Suite is $220 during the high season and $110 during the low season.
• This Suite has a private bath with a shower.
• This Suite contains 1 twin bed, 1 queen bed.
• Maximum occupancy for this Suite is 3 (3rd person on Twin Sofa Sleeper in separate room.)

A 3rd floor room with Queen Bed, Private bath directly OUTSIDE the room, hence our most economical room. Robes are provided for guests in this room. The Bathroom has a claw foot tub with shower. Sleeps 2 adults only
