General Information

This contemporary bed and breakfast offers views of the lake through huge arched windows, elegant hardwood floors, and raised ceilings in the common areas. A-1 Lakeview B&B offers an outdoor sundeck, gardens, and a common sitting room with a fireplace. Complimentary breakfast is served daily, and generally consists of entrees such as eggs Benedict, ham and egg crepes and waffles with fresh blueberries. Wireless Internet access and parking are complimentary. Guests are allowed to smoke only outside on the decks.

Guestrooms at A-1 Lakeview B&B are equipped with satellite television and high-speed Internet access. The beds feature pillowtop mattresses. Some rooms also include balcony/patios, desks, living areas and refrigerators. Private bathrooms and comfortable bathrobes are included.


Lawrencetown Beach serves as a year-round destination for surfers, whom can often be seen walking around in their wet suits in the middle of winter. For those not willing to risk the surf or the cold, Lawrencetown is an excellent beach for a long walk.
