Located in historic downtown Rutherfordton, the 1925 City Hall and Firehouse has been entirely renovated, and now offers European elegance and urban atmosphere in a friendly, relaxed setting. The Firehouse Inn is located in the 1925 City Hall and Fire Department building in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. The building was one of three major public buildings erected in the town in the 1920’s and early 1930’s. It is a richly-designed Colonial Revival-style brick building with stone/cast stone enrichments.

If notification of a cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the full deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay.
