Puget View Guest Bread

Steps:

1. 1 c softened margarine 2 c sugar 1 t salt 1 1/2 t bake soda 1 t vanilla 1 1/2 c white flour 1 c whole wheat flour 4 eggs 1 1/2 c "mashed mush"
2. cream marg/sugar, salt, soda, vanilla. Beat in eggs. Add flour then mush. "mush" can be pumpkin, grated apple, applesauce, grated zucchini, bananas. For squash or apple add cinnamom to taste=1 tsp. Microwaving bananas adds flavor.
3. Bake @ 375 for 30 mins in 3 3x7" greased, floared loaf pans.
