General Information

The rooms are beautifully furnished with a mixture of English and French antiques. Independence Cottage is a cozy, private apartment complete with a full kitchen, rain shower and separate bedroom. It is perfect for the "girlie" weekend or for families.

Breakfast is served in a charming dining room complete with built-in breakfront and using old silver and china. Fresh flowers are always on the table and the menu is hearty and delicious.

The Innkeeper brings her experience with Bed and Breakfast in Britain, and at the same time incorporates Texas hospitality for a perfectly balanced experience.

    Refunds of deposits (less a $25.00 processing fee per room) will be given if notice of cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to the reservation date (or,$25.00 per room processing fee and at least 30 days prior notice is required for special events. After the cut-off date, the total amount of the room charge is due. If you are unable to stay with us, we will attempt to rent the room to another party and if successful, we will refund your deposit less the processing fee.
