General InformationEnjoy a quiet getaway or easy access to business in a Ranchstyle Austin stone B&B,with gardens, patios & safe walking/bicycling routes throughout area. Three distinctly different and comfortable bedrooms with disability access. Brightly lit fireplace or fresh air on the patio with trees/flowers/birds.
Numerous stained glass pieces made by owners and father are displayed throughout. Antique dinning room with ranchstyle breakfast,fresh baked bread/rolls or special egg casseroles or fantastic waffles.
WI-fi, TV, games and book exchange available. Afternoon treats are refreshing. Kitchen use and microwave available for guests.

- We cannot accommodate guest pets (accomodations are within 2 miles of B & B)
- Limitations on children staying (Adult guest home so adult behavior expected)

- Deposit amount required (Credit Card required to hold room but will not be charged until arrival. Cash deposit can be mailed.)

- Check in time is 3:00 - 6:00 pm and Check out time is 12:00 noon
- Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least three days prior to your arrival date to avoid one night's charge. We will waive this fee if the room can be rebooked.

Gary is a retired math teacher after 20+ years of teaching. Judith is a retired nurse after 40 years of working in public health and teaching. Gary enjoys money collections. Judith enjoys gardening and hand crafts, especially with granddaughters. Playing with dogs in restricted area from B & B is a favorite. - The innkeepers speak: English
