Located a short block from famous beach (a 2 minute walk), between Ocean Park and Condado in Metro San Juan, Oceana is a Boutique Hostal featuring plenty of amenities, in a unique environment, with the personal touch and care of its owners.

Oceana's charmed ambiance is not intended to compete with the synthetic magic of the cold and impersonal chain hotels. Instead of their big lobbies or endless pools show off, Oceana offers a warm, cozy, arty, but down to earth realm, for the at ease traveler that really enjoys life’s simple treats and sincere hospitality.

In low season (May-Nov) Villas rates start at $155.00 per night plus tax for up to 4 guests. Extra person is at $15.00 per night plus tax each. In up season (Dec-April), rates star $175.00 per night plus tax for up to 4 guests. Extra person is at $25.00 per night plus tax. A minimum stay may be required.

  • Deposit amount required (1 or 2 nights must be PRE-PAID IN FULL. For 3 or more nights, a 2 night stay deposit plus tax is required. Balance is due at check in time. Run of House rooms are pre-paid in full and non refundable.)
  • Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 12pm
  • Cancellations:
    For a refund of the deposit, MINUS A CANCELLATION FEE OF ONE NIGHT STAY PLUS TAX PER ROOM, all cancellations must be received at least 7 days before check in date. After that, or if Guest does not show up, no refund is granted. No refund granted in the event of an early departure. Run of House rooms are non refundable. Other conditions may apply.
