    • Deposit amount required: A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation to hold your room. Your credit card will be charged.

    • Cancellations: As a small B&B, every guest is important to us. In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation, a full refund will be made minus a $25 processing fee if cancelled 30 days prior to reserved date. If you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. Gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation policy.

    Our stay at the Mission Oak Inn was amazing. My wife and I were looking for somewhere close to get away for the weekend as we needed some time alone. The room we stayed in was neat, clean and orderly. It was accurately described and exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely amazing. We had 2 dinners in addition to the breakfasts. All of the food was wonderful and we left the table not wanting anything. The host provided wonderful conversation in addition to superior service. We have recommended the Mission Oak Inn to friends and family. We are already planning our next trip there.

    We stayed on our anniversary and we will never forget it. The hummingbirds were amazing. It was very peaceful, and we plan to return.

    We had a gift certificate for this wonderful place otherwise we would never have known about it. It is beautiful, homey, and relaxing. We took a walk around the lake and had a fire in our fireplace. Relaxed in the tub and had wonderful home cooked meals.

    We enjoyed our second time at Mission Oak Inn even more than our first because this time we were able to experience one of Denny's delicious dinners! The hospitality was wonderful.....great fellowship with Jan and Denny and other guests.
