  • Cancellations:
    If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to arrival date or your stay is shortened, Guest is subject to a 50% charge. If cancellation occurs or your stay is shortened, Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast will refund the 50% if the room is rebooked. A service charge of $25 will be applied. Massages require 48 hours or more to schedule. Massages cancelled less than 48 hours are fully charged. Due to last minute cancellations and our need to maximize capacity, Beach Spa B&B reserves the right to move double occupancy room reservations to accommodate more guests. If we move you to a differnt room for this purpose, we will extend a 10% discount off the room rate.
