Year Round creek and pond with Trout fishing right on the property, Salmon, Steelhead just a short walk. Three waterfalls within walking distance, Personney Falls, Mill Creek Falls, and Barr Creek Falls. Prospect is the closest full service town to Crater Lake and is open year round with just enough snow to be pretty but not a pain. Hundreds of miles of hiking trails including the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT), Hunt for dear, elk, turkeys, cougars, bear, etc... Fish at the Lost Creek Lake "Fish Factory" as it is known locally, for year round open season for trout and bass. Sit on the Front porch veranda and relax with a glass of wine or your favorite Oregon beer. Have dinner in what Sunset magazine called "the best dinner house between Medford and Crater Lake".
