Lemon Yogurt Bread

Serves: 24Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups lemon yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
Steps:
- Sift the dry ingredients into a separate bowl.
- Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl. Add oil & sugar. Mix well
- Add yogurt, lemon juice, zest and dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour into two well greased loaf pans. Bake @325 for 1 hour. Each loaf can be sliced into 12 portions.
