General Information

Whether your visit is for business or pleasure our aim is to make your stay an enjoyable experience.

Hunters Lodge is located in a quiet residential district yet within easy reach of the city centre, an ideal choice if you are taking a cruise or just visiting the beautiful Hamshire countryside. Our double fronted Victorian house retains many original features which are enhanced by the furnishing styles within the public areas. Built in 1900 Hunters Lodge has operated as a hotel, guest house and bed & breakfast providing accommodation since 1926 and was extended to its present size in the 1970's and late1980's.

Hunters Lodge is a 4 Star AA Guest Accommodation graded establishment and has a spacious dining room, lounge and with a licensed residents bar. Off road car parking.

All rooms are ensuite, non-smoking and the room tariff is inclusive of full English breakfast and all local taxes (UK vat @15%).

In case of a "no show" or a room cancelled giving us less than the 24 hours notice period then the full charge for the first night of your accommodation will be made from the credit card details provided to secure the original booking.
