General Information

The August Seven Inn has gone ala carte. All of the amenities you will read below are available only for those guests who have paid our full rate. All others wishing for a reduced rate, have the option of building their reservation almost like adding on extras to a car.

High speed internet access is available in all rooms. After a day at the beach or an afternoon business meeting you can soothe yourself in your whirlpool tub, drop in a touch of bath salt and surround yourself in aromatic bliss.
At the end of the day your bed awaits, a wonderful sleeping experience, come wrap yourself in our luxury linens, turn on the soothing sound machine and let the night take you away.
The Inn has a tranquility room which is located on the first floor in the main house and is available for relaxation. What ever your pleasure, what ever your reason, the August Seven Inn is always the cure.

• Cancellations:
  A cancellation notice of 45 days in advance is required on special events for a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Non special events require a 14 day notice in advance for a cancellation with refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancelations FOR ANY REASON will not be accepted if not within the stated time period as we are a small establishment and cancellations effect us greatly. PLEASE TAKE NOTE that cancellations within the 30(special event)or 14(non-special event)day periods will be responsible for the full reservation. If we are able to re rent the room, you may be entitled to a refund less the $25 processing fee. A credit may be given in place of the forfeited refund if you choose to be applied to a future reservation of the same year along with a paid stay(mid week and off season only) Cancellations are only accepted through speaking with a representative of the Inn and receiving a cancellation confirmation number.
