General Information

The Bragdon House is a well positioned B&B, located in the
heart of Geneva and centrally located to all the winery trails. We are within minutes walk to Hobart Collage, local shops, pubs, and restaurants. With a pleasant atmosphere and careful retention of the original character of the property, we are sited within an area of
mixed tourist and residential accommodation. Our modern well equipped rooms meet all the wants and needs while maintaining the charm of yesterday and the comforts of today. After sleeping in one of our beautifully decorated bedroom suites, a delicious breakfast awaits in our dining room overlooking Seneca Lake's Western shore.

  Cancellation Policy: 1. Refunds will be given up to 15 days before arrival date (less a $25 processing fee). 2. If you cancel within the 15 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable and your card will be charged half of the room rate any subsequent days. 3. If you cancel 2 days or less before you arrival, you will be responsible for your entire stay. We understand situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, but we must institute a business policy. No Show or Early Departures: You will be responsible for and charged for your entire stay. Wine Packages- 50% deposit is required for the wine tour portion of the package plus your one night room deposit (plus taxes) at the time of booking. If you do need to cancel the wine tour package at any time, the wine tour deposit is non-refundable. This is due to our limited availability.
