  • Deposit amount required (One nights stay or 50% of total stay is required as deposit at least 30 days prior to reservation.)
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is 12:00 p.m.
  • Cancellations:
    Cancellations must be made by the person listed on the reservation. Cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days prior to your arrival date with a $25 cancellation fee. Guests canceling within 14 days of arrival will be responsible for 50% of the total intended stay or one nights lodging, whichever is greater. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the intended stay. However, we will make every effort to rebook your room. If successful you will only be charged the $25 cancellation fee. Fiddler's Roost cannot be responsible for inclement weather, illness, etc. Your cabin has been blocked for the number of nights on the reservation, we cannot issue a refund for late arrivals or early departures.
