  We are happy to reschedule your visit for whatever date is convenient for you. If rescheduling is not possible at the time of cancellation, with two weeks or more prior notice, you may choose to receive a credit voucher for the full amount of your prepayment (redeemable at any time), or you may request a refund of your prepayment minus a $75 cancellation fee. With less than two week's notice, you may receive the credit voucher (as outlined above), or the refund minus our $75 cancellation fee, however, the refund will be issued only if we are able to rerent your suite.

When entering Estes Park from Loveland on Hwy 34, turn left (south) onto Hwy 36, go 1/4 mile and take a slight veer to the right onto Hwy 7. (Or, if entering Estes Park from the south on Hwy 36, cross Lake Estes and turn left at the Hwy 7 junction.) You're now heading south on Hwy 7. Go approximately 1 1/2 miles and turn right on Peak View Drive (just past Mountain View Bible Fellowship Church ). Go one block and turn right on Axminster Lane. Continue approximately 1/4 mile to 1420 Axminster Lane (a large green home on your right with wrap-around veranda, waterfall, pond, and three-car garage).
