General Information

Charming 17th century canal house with a beautiful view on the Prinsengracht. Very close (walking distance) to the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Concert hall, theatres such as Carré, Paradiso and Muziektheater. Close to shopping areas such as PC Hooftstraat, antique shops and galleries, the Jordaan and a lot of restaurants and bars. Also close to the Vondelpark, Anne Frank house and public transport. Free access to internet. Two bright rooms with wooden floors on the top floor. Bathroom just next to the rooms. One bathroom for two rooms. Canal room has a very nice view on the Prinsengracht. balcony room at the back of the house has a nice view on the garden and Rijksmuseum.

    From Schiphol you can take the train to Amsterdam Central Station (takes 15-20 minutes). From Amsterdam Central Station you can take tram 16, 24 and 25, get off at the stop Keizersgracht, when you get out of the tram turn left, cross the next canal (Prinsengracht) and turn right. Number 610 you find after 100 meters. You can also take a little white bus called the Opstapper. That takes you along the Prinsengracht and you can tell the driver to stop when you want to get off.
