Holiday Specials

The city of Springfield offers 2 great ways to “lighten” your holiday load. Billed as New England’s single most popular holiday destination, “Bright Nights at Forest Park” is entering its twelfth season. Located just minutes from the Inn it’s a wonderland of marvelous displays such as lost in time display where eight mammoth dinosaurs come to light along side an exploding volcano with flowing lava. Other highlights include: Seuss Land, Victorian Village, the amazing Leaping Frog display, North Pole Village, and more than a dozen other special displays to start your Christmas cheer. Naomi’s Inn will pick up the cost of your admission and you can tune your radio to a holiday music station to get you in the spirit of the holidays while driving through the exhibits. “Bright Nights at Forest Park” opens on Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at 5:00pm. Through December 9th the display is open Wednesday to Sunday from 5:00pm, and then nightly from December 10 through January 3, 2009 from 5:00pm. Friday, Saturday, and Holidays it closes at 11:00pm, and at 9:00pm all other nights. But don’t stop there! Go on to the festival of Trees downtown and then back to the Inn for tea and hot cocoa.
