  • Our signature dish is Daddy's Sour Dough Pancakes
Daryl's Dad died just before we opened Cedar Mountain Farm B and B in 2001. His refrigerator contained a wonderful sour dough starter. Daryl has kept it going since then (she keeps some frozen in the event that she accidently looses the one she is using). Only once has a guest group ever eaten all the pancakes she turns out for a breakfast. That group contained three young men who were up for the challenge and put away an endless supply of the flapjacks. Usually the goats relish the left overs! Daryl makes another family favorite, homemade syrup from brown sugar and real maple syrup to serve with the hotcakes.
