  A refund will be made if the cancellation is received at least 14 Days before the arrival date. A $25 processing fee is deducted from all refunds. Multiple Room or Full House Rental requires ONE-MONTH advance notice. A processing fee of $25 for each room rented, PLUS 50% of the deposit will be deducted from refund. IF CANCELLATIONS DO NOT FALL WITHIN TIMELINES GIVEN, guests are responsible for payment of ALL NIGHTS reserved. LAST MINUTE BOOKED ROOMS(within 1 week-1day of stay): (1) night deposit. Guests are responsible for ALL NIGHTS reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. EARLY CHECK-OUT: IF a room is booked for (2) nights, an early check-out will be charged of the first night stay PLUS 50% of the second night stay, and A processing fee of $25 will be added. For (3) OR more Nights booked; an early check-out will be billed for the entire time of stay booked. Multiple Room or Full House Rental; Guests are responsible for ALL NIGHTS reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.
