Our Southern Vermont Country Bed and Breakfast Inn has been described as “sophisticated country while being warm, comfortable and inviting”.

The Inn at Trails End & Phoenician Wellness Spa is situated in the heart of the Green Mountains which offers year round activities and being perfectly located off a quiet country road, where at night one can enjoy the wind through the Vermont maple and Hemlock trees instead of traffic noise.

  Fireplace Suites;
  Olde Romantic Toile Suite 1; Romantic ambiances for that special occasion or just because. Relax in a warm bubbling Jacuzzi tub for two, in a private bath. Then snuggle up in Queen Canopy pillow topped bed while watching a fire from the large stone crafted fireplace.
  
  Homestead Family Suite 2; This room has a large stone crafted wood burning fireplace to enjoy on those chilly nights. A Queen Canopy pillow top bed with two baths rooms one with a Jacuzzi tub for two. In an adjacent room there are bunk beds. A private entrance with a porch to enjoy the look out into forest and the hall entrance.
  
  Fireplace Rooms; Romantic queen sized sleigh beds. These rooms have a wood-burning fireplace, private bathroom, cable TV/DVD/VCR. Rooms are decorated in a Country motif.
  
  Rooms with Queen Bed; these rooms come with a queen-sized bed that are decorated in country prints with oak and brass headboards, oveseats or chaises, Private bathroom, Cable TV/VCR/DVD

• Minimum stay required (Only on the Weekends and holidays.)
• Smoking is allowed in limited areas (We follow Vermont laws; No Smoking in Public Places.)
• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Children are welcome (Well behaved children are welcome, 5 and under are free.)
• Childcare is provided (6.50 for first child, 3.00 each add child, meals provided.)
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (BYOB and be courteous of our children in our home.)
• Deposit amount required (50% of stay is Charged. Holidays full stay is charged)
• Check in time is 2:00PM and Check out time is 11:00AM
• Cancellations:
  Inn reservations cancellation: before 21 days of stay, 80% of deposit is refunded. Within 21 days of stay, half of deposit is forfeited, half of deposit is usable at a future stay. Balance of stay is charged and refundable only if room(s) is resold. Holiday periods and special events are non refundable if cancelled. 3 night minimum stay is required for Holiday and special events periods. No Refunds for Missed Arrivals or Early Departures – we do not “overbook” our rooms and hold your reservation for those dates…turning others away for your time period.

From the light at the intersection of route 9 and route 100 in Wilmington (you will see signs “to Ski Areas”) go north on route 100 approximately 4 miles to a right fork on to East Dover Road, take the fork and the first right turn just after the bridge on Smith Road follow Smith Road bearing left and up hill. The Inn at Trails End is located on the right at the crest of the hill. If you passed the Sitzmark, you missed the turn for Smith Road.
