Come and enjoy our 1885 Victorian Inn overlooking Seneca Lake in beautiful upstate New York.

Inside, we take you back in time with many period antiques. Come and relax in our Music Room, Library, or your choice of an elegant Victorian style bedroom (Queen and King Size beds) - each with your own private bath and sitting area. We even have a large Great Room (Banquet Room) with fireplace and Big Screen TV/DVD/Satellite for special occasions or a relaxing night.

Step out onto our spacious deck to enjoy great sunsets. Wake up each morning to beautiful scenery and a gourmet breakfast - from Eggs Benedict to Belgian waffles and much more. Venture outside and enjoy our spacious grounds, inviting porches, koi pond, lake and vineyard views.

Wander down the road - we are minutes away from a variety of wineries, a microbrewery, and restaurants for your evening dining pleasure.

  • We cannot accommodate guest pets
  • Limitations on children staying (by arrangement - i.e.: Family rents the entire house and pro)

  • Consumption of alcohol is not permitted
  • Deposit amount required (At the time of booking, we require a credit number to secure your reservation, followed by a 25% deposit in the form of a check or money order written out to James G. Pellegrini, received in 30 days.)
  • Check in time is 3-6pm and Check out time is 11am
  • Cancellations:
    When notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date, we are happy to refund your deposit(s) less $25.00. Special Events Room Rental, Package Stays (i.e. Entire House Rented, Wedding Receptions, etc.) Cancellations must be made 90 days prior, and are non-refundable. No shows or less than the above notices will result in a charge equal to the first nights room charge or in the case of package plans... $125.00 per person.
